Brain Integrating Cross Crawls -
a process developed by Paul Dennison as
part of his Edu-K & Brain Gym and used in Resonance
Repatterning® and PSYCH-KTM |
The benefit: As well as
helping to shift beliefs, thought patterns and frequencies, this
process is great for calming unclear or chaotic thinking or cross
communications. Brain Integrating Cross Crawls connect the
left and the right sides of the brain, enhancing learning ability,
memory retention, and quick thinking. for athletes, dancers,
and actors, Brain Integrating Cross Crawls enhance high-level body
coordination, especially in stressful situations.
The technique:
- you can do this sitting or standing...
- 'First' Movement:
- lift your right knee and touch it with your left hand,
taking your shoulder and your knee towards your
midline.
- return you knee and hand back to where they started.
- 'Second' Movement:
- lift your left knee and touch it with your right hand,
taking your shoulder and your knee towards your midline.
- return you knee and hand back to where they started.
- Continue! Alternate between the two positions.
At some point, within a minute or so, you may feel 'something'
change.
- If you like,
- close your eyes and spread your arms wide and allow you
hands to 'find' each other, as if there is a weak magnetic
pull. They may move directly towards each other or
may wave about a bit.
- When they find each other, allow them to move towards
and land on a spot of the body, usually along the
midline.
- Open your eyes.
In a session this would be a lot shorter as I could tailor
which position and which statement to use, but often this will
help anyway.
Personal Note: As you
do this more often, the body kind of figures out where you're
going with it and you'll get results more quickly.
What benefits have you noticed?
Blessings,
Lynn
