Index of Tidbits

Hi all!

The year is more than half over!  I'm writing articles less and less (as in nothing so far this year!) but now and again I might add some things.  I have been incorporating Body Mind Centering into my horse relationships.  I have also been learning Zero Balancing and will be learning fascial release techniques.  At the beginning of the year I took a deeper dive into ways of starting and being with horses involving a revisiting of Alexander Technique.  (woowhooo!)
Going forward, I hope to add in new articles incorporating my new learning along with old golden nuggets.
I promise I'll return to this soon!

Enjoy,

Lynn

"The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn, the bird waits in the egg, and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities."

~ James Allen
