Love is Pink

Visualizing Color for Greater Health

The first time I saw a bright magenta haze around someone's head, I checked my eyes!  Not the really obvious eye-rubbing check, but the turn away, blink wildly, scrunch up the face, look back check.  Yep, still there.   "Does he know this?" I'm thinking.

Color as Substance

Before you see auras, you think 'Sure.....  whatever you like....'   Then you start seeing things and you think, 'uh... did I just see that?'  It's color as vivid as if someone had painted a wall in front of you, as if you could reach out and touch it it's so real.  But if you haven't experienced this, it sounds kind of ... like it's time to humor someone!  ('Sure.... whatever you like.....')  That's how I used to be.  So if you haven't seen auras, I totally get you're thinking I'm nuts.

The cool thing is you do not have to see them to operate with them.   And once you understand what they are, Love is no longer such a vague thing.  It has color and texture and density.  Some warmth...  You can actually create a 'cloud' of it and be in it and send it out.  When you need love you can do something about it, rather than hoping it shows up randomly.  And you can infuse situations with it and send it to people intentionally.

Sending Love

Working conceptually with energy is a fairly easy thing.  During riding clinics I teach folks how to send intent from the hara in usually about 10 minutes.  And they get it!  How cool is that?

For sending intent, we use the idea of a fire hydrant -- yeah, not so romantic!   But you  can get used to sending love in about the same amount of time.   When you send love, you use the same kind of flow pattern emanating from the heart region, and it's a lot more gentle!

To begin, imagine you have a pink glow around your heart.   You don't have to see it, just know it's there.  It's pink and it's glowing.

You can play with it being different shades of pink - a little more orange in there, or a little more red, or maybe more white.  Or a little more intense, a little softer, a little brighter.  Pretend you're changing this glowing orb of light around your heart.  And as you change it, you may begin to notice your body changes.  Your body may like certain shades or levels of brightness.  Kind of just take notes on it -- no need to analyze why or if it makes sense.  Simply connect the dots.  I pretend I've got this hue and intensity and my body responds this way...

If you like, add in a tactile quality -- is it soft?  fluffly?  smooshy?  does it feel like vapor?  Do you hear anything?  Like a tuning fork that has been sounded, or a the note from a flute?  Or a singing bowl.

You don't have to see, feel, or hear anything 'for real.'  You can pretend that this orb is changing in this way and simply observe how your body responds to it.

To expand on this, pretend your orb can get bigger.  Not so big it's outside your chest but maybe big enough it's filling your chest.  Now let it return back to its original size.  Notice how slowly you can let it expand, sort of like a pink balloon filled with pink stuff.  The balloon expands and contracts.

Letting it expand, it fills up your chest and spills down your arms -- you can almost feel it flowing down to your elbows, then your wrists and into your palms and fingers.  There are little pools of pink in  your hands.

Sending it out is like pretending you've got pink water flowing down your arm and out your hand.  Where ever you point your hand, you're sending a wash of pink stuff.   When you start, maybe it's a little puff.   (What's so amazing is how many images we're getting in the media of energy being manipulated like this!  And they're actually accurate.)  Then you build up how much you have and send it out further -- this is where the fire hydrant comes in.  It gives you the ability to really send the energy out.  The difference, though, is that you're not trying to knock anyone over or change them.  You're simply connecting with them and sharing the pink.

Over Time

Over time you may begin to become more aware of where the pink can go in your own field.

For instance, maybe you go to expand your orb of pink and realize it can't really go into your left shoulder.  or maybe it moves to the front but not the back.  (btw, you can send it down your legs, too!)

One of the things you can do is consciously fill in those places with pink.  It's like you've got a bucket of pink paint and you pour it into those places and fill in the gaps.

Again, you may not see this.  It more a sense or a knowing.  And you just go with it.

Some Typical Reactions

In the book, Love without End, Jesus Speaks, Glenda Green gives examples of seemingly hopeless situations that turn around when people become love-centered.

I've had some pretty amazing experiences first hand, too.

There is something about bringing love into a situation which is calming, and you can almost count on miracles happening.

This can be a difficult thing.  You're in the middle of an unpleasant experience, maybe caught up in how unpleasant it is, and the trick is to think, "I'm now going to start generating pink in my heart.  I'm going to grow that pink and let it expand until it fills me up and spills over into this situation.  I'm going to be here in this loving cocoon of pink."
Sometimes it's easier to start out with more pleasant experiences and practice then.  Like when you're just sitting at your desk, or you're at a light, or you're in a check out line.

If you have a chance to meditate, you can think of someone while you practice expanding the pink in your field.

One tiny bit of caution: Sometimes, if someone is really upset and they cannot handle this frequency, you can get a rather unpleasant response.  If you do, disengage!  Just leave as quickly as you can.
